A member of the Laurel Hall staff since 2004, I am the Middle School Bible teacher. I like teaching Bible because it gives me an opportunity to explore my own faith by dealing with the challenges from my students. I graduated from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan with a major in Sociology and a minor in Journalism. I have done additional coursework in education at Grand Canyon State University. My wife, Pati, is also a teacher at Laurel Hall, and our two children are currently working in the education field. I enjoy hiking, backpacking and have a reverence for the outdoors.
