Faith at Laurel Hall School

Laurel Hall School and Laurel Hall Preschool are Operated by Emmanuel Lutheran Church as a community service and as a Christian outreach.

Emmanuel Lutheran Church is a growing, diverse and loving community of faith of the ELCA in North Hollywood. Valuing the best of our Lutheran heritage, we are traditional in our worship; open and inclusive in our welcome.

We strengthen our children through our continued commitment to share Christian values: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and good citizenship. Our students reflect the rich diversity of Los Angeles.

Faith at Laurel Hall School:

• Weekly Chapel Service for Grades K-8.
• Our weekly Religion class helps students dig deeper into faith.
• We use the Spark: Activate Faith | Sparkhouse (wearesparkhouse.org) curriculum.
• Grades TK-5 take a weekly religion class.
• Grades 6-8 take a weekly Bible class.
• In addition to a religion class, students learn spiritual disciplines such as prayer, being a soul friend, serving others, and living our faith in our daily lives.
