ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INSTRUMENTAL CONCERT

Elementary School Instrumental Concert

Wednesday, May 15th -- 7pm

This is the last Elementary School concert of the year, so let’s rally to show appreciation for our hard-working musicians. We truly appreciate your time, as well as your food and beverage contributions. We also need a few people to come help set-up the tables and lay out the food & beverages, as well as a few people to help clean-up after the reception.

All are welcome to sign up, even if your child isn't participating in the concert. You can drop off any non-perishable items in the front office any time prior to the event or in the Church Reception Room no later than 6:30pm. Please be sure your product donations have your name on them so you can be properly credited when you submit on TIF.

 Link to sign up: https://www.trackitforward.com/site/67261/event/470739

(Please remember, you can donate as much as you like or as many times as you like, however each family can only submit & get credit for a total of 5 service hours per school year for Donations of Approved Products.)

For more information or questions please contact our concert chairs: Jade Scaglione (jadescaglione@gmail.com) & Annette Swain (aswain@ucla.edu).

BLOOD DRIVE
The Emmanuel community will be sponsoring a blood drive on Tuesday, 6/11/2019. Find us in the Emmanuel Reception Room between 1;00PM-7PM to join with others in a worthy cause.

This is a special blood drive honoring Lincoln Zick, a Laurel Hall student and son of Laurel Hall music teacher Sarah Bach. Lincoln is currently under treatment for osteosarcoma, a bone cancer that primarily targets the young between ages 10-20. Because of his illness, Lincoln may need blood or platelet transfusions in the future.

Look for signup materials in the days to come. You may also register online at redcrossblood.org. Here are the steps:

  • Create an account if you don’t already have one.
  • Once you have logged in, use the code ELCNoHo (not case-sensitive) to see our Emmanuel event.
  • Click the red dot to the right to reveal donation times and types, then enter your choices.

One pint of donated blood can help as many as three people in need. Please make a difference in at least one life by participating! Thank you.
